Multifunctional ice arena, Cherepovets
The Ice Palace is a 5,685-seat multifunctional ice arena. in Cherepovets, Russia. It was opened in 2007. There are 4 buffets operating during events and a large restaurant with 120 seats. For holding a concert track, with the help of a special covering and additional seats, it can be converted into an orchestra for 1000 additional seats. In addition, there is the possibility of holding various exhibitions in the arena and in the foyer of the Ice Palace. It has its own exhibition equipment and more than 5000 square meters. The Ice Palace can rightly be called the largest exhibition venue of the Vologda region. The main feature of the palace is perfect and clear ice. Ice hockey matches of the KHL and JHL Championships, amateur hockey, mass skating, including group requests, concerts, ice shows, sports tournaments and figure skating competitions, exhibitions, fairs, conferences and presentations of various topics are held at the Ice Arena.

The project is distinguished by its original architecture: a multifunctional hockey complex has the form of a stick with a puck, where the puck is a sports complex, and the stick is an apartment hotel with a SPA area. The area of all buildings was about 20 thousand square meters. There are an indoor hockey court for training, a sports hall for team sports, a medical center with the most modern equipment, a football field, a tennis court, an apart-hotel for hockey players with families, a SPA center, a children's play area, a restaurant and parking for cars on 10 hectares .
Modular Industrial Buildings
The structure of the new production includes two buildings: office and administrative building. Administrative building for displaying finished products, a meeting room, sanitary facilities and utility rooms: dressing rooms for men and women, drying rooms for workwear, dining rooms, boiler room are provided in the administrative building. In the main case will receive and store materials for production, manufacture blanks for panel assembly, assembly panels and modules, as well as storage and distribution of finished products. It is planned to build individual and apartment buildings from modules that will be produced at the new site.
