DESIGN - BUILD in Russia has gained acceptance by Clients as a way of saving time and money for the project delivery.  This is caused by the fact of having a contract with one firm for an integrated approach to project implementation, under which the coordination of all design and construction tasks are concentrated in the hands of one project team.  

At Hansastroi we use teamwork with architect and engineering firms to manage the design – build process. It starts by developing the conceptual design that meets the client’s requirements and then we take the next steps in design to fulfill the Russian SNiP & GOST norms to receive the required approvals and permits and having economical solutions. From there detailed project planning, time scheduling, bid/award of local subcontractors and suppliers to execute the building works, and finally to have a functional organization on- site and in the support offices.
